摘要
产业结构、生态环境和城镇化融合发展,是实现区域高质量发展的重要途径。文章以淮河生态经济带安徽段为研究对象,构建多因素耦合协调模型,定量测算8座城市产业结构、生态环境及城镇化耦合度、耦合协调度并进行时空特征分析。结果表明:1.8座城市耦合度呈现高度耦合,耦合协调度以初级协调和中级协调类型为主。2.区域产业结构、生态环境及城镇化功能耦合协调的时空格局差异明显,空间上呈“东高西低”的特征分布,时间上由初级协调向中级协调和良好协调发展。据此,研究提出打破行政区划、加强区域合作,统筹协调、推动产业升级,鼓励发展高新技术产业、现代服务业,加强科技创新和人才引育的建议,以促进区域产业、生态和城镇协调发展。
The integration of industrial structure,ecological environment,and urbanization is an important pathway for achieving high-quality regional development.The article takes the Anhui section of Huaihe eco-economic belt as the research object,constructs a multi-factor coupling coordination model,measures the degree of industrial structure,ecological environment and urbanization coupling,the degree of coupling coordination of eight cities,and carries out the analysis of spatio-temporal characteristics.The results indicate that:1)Overall,the eight cities exhibit a high degree of coupling,with the coupling coordination mainly categorized as primary and intermediate coordination.2)There are significant spatial and temporal differences in the coupling coordination patterns of regional industrial structure,ecological environment,and urbanization,characterized by a distribution pattern of"high in the east and low in the west,"evolving from primary coordination to intermediate and good coordination over time,Accordingly,the study proposes suggestions to break through administrative divisions,strengthen regional cooperation,coordinate and promote industrial upgrading,encourage the development of high-tech industries and modern service industries,and enhance scientific and technological innovation as well as the cultivation and introduction of talents.These measures aim to facilitate the coordinated development of regional industries,ecology,and urbanization.
