摘要
目的探讨运动控制训练为代表的肌肉骨骼疗法治疗骶髂关节(SIJ)源性骨盆带疼痛(PGP)的疗效。方法检索万方、知网、维普、Pubmed、Embase、Scopus、Cochrane等数据库,检索运动控制训练干预SIJ源性PGP的随机对照研究(RCT),进行文献质量评价后,采用Revman5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入6篇文献。Meta分析显示,运动训练联合其他理疗方式可降低SIJ源性PGP患者的视觉模拟评分(VAS)(MD=-1.78,95%CI=-2.89~-0.68,P=0.002)。同时,运动训练联合其他理疗方式可降低SIJ源性PGP患者的Oswestry功能障碍指数(MD=-8.09,95%CI=-13.23~-2.95,P=0.002)。选择VAS指标进行文献逐个剔除的敏感性分析,结果未发生明显改变。结论运动控制训练可减轻SIJ源性PGP患者的临床症状和功能障碍,是治疗SIJ源性PGP的有效选择。
Objective To explore the efficacy of musculoskeletal therapy represented by motion control training in the treatment of sacroiliac joint(SIJ)pelvic girdle pain(PGP).Methods The databases of Wanfang,CNKI,VIP,Pubmed,Embase,Scopus,Cochrane and other databases were searched,and the randomized controlled trials(RCT)of exercise control training intervention SIJ-derived PGP was retrieved.After the literature quality evaluation,the meta-analysis was performed with Revman 5.3.Results A total of 6 articles were included.Meta analysis showed that exercise training combined with other physical therapy could reduce the VAS score of patients with SIJ-induced PGP(MD=-1.78,95%CI=-2.89——0.68,P=0.002).Exercise training combined with other physical therapy could reduce the ODI of patients with SIJ-induced PGP(MD=-8.09,95%CI=-13.23--2.95,P=0.002).The VAS index was selected for literature elimination analysis one by one for sensitivity analysis,and the results did not change significantly.Conclusion Exercise control training can alleviate the clinical symptoms and dysfunction of patients with SIJ-derived PGP,which is an effective choice for the treatment of SIJ-derived PGP.
