摘要
中医诊断是沟通中医基础理论与中医临床的桥梁,其基本原理是中医诊断理论体系的内在依据。梳理象与象思维基本概念,从象思维视域出发,系统分析中医诊断原理“见微知著”“司外揣内”“以常衡变”与“因发知受”的基本内涵,并以闻诊中的“声象”为例,具体阐述象思维视域下中医诊断原理在临床诊疗中的具体应用,揭示其在实际诊断过程中的价值和意义,进一步明确象思维在中医诊断中的重要作用。
Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)diagnosis serves as a bridge connecting the foundational theories of TCM with its clinical practice.Its core principles from the intrinsic basis of TCM diagnostic system.This paper outlines the fundamental concepts of Xiang and Xiang thinking,systematically analyzing the essential tenets of principles in the diagnosis of Chinese medicine such as‘seeing the significant in the subtle','assessing the internal from the external',using constancy to gauge changes',and inferring pathogenic factors from manifestations'.Through the example of‘voice Xiang in the diagnosis process,this study demonstrates the practical application of these principles within clinical settings,highlighting their value and significance in actual diagnostic procedures,and further clarifies the pivotal role of Xiang thinking in TCM diagnosis.
