摘要
李鼎提倡国学国医、相得益彰,“考据-医理-临证”互补统一,立足考据,通经致用。溯源先生研医思想产生背景,乃源于家学,受益乡风,主要根植师承(张之洞、王闿运—廖平—刘复、杨师尹)。先生遵从“通经之根柢在小学”(张之洞语)治学路径,早年曾对王闿运辑刻《神农本经》校勘释义,撰文考证。后仿“以经解经”例,创“以方释药”,邀杨大华医师选《神农本草经》约一半常用药物,择古方书中含《神农本草经》这部分药物之代表性古方,据方中药物功效主治,系于《神农本草经》药物相应功效主治条文之下,或以古方方证原文释《神农本草经》药用功效于临证中具体运用,或以古方方证补充《神农本草经》未载功效。
Li Ding advocates for the complementary integration of traditional Chinese medicine and tradi⁃tional Chinese studies,with a focus on the integration of textual research,medical theory,and clinical prac⁃tice.Based on textual research,they aim to apply the principles of the classics to practical situations.The background of Mr.Yuan's medical research philosophy originated from family studies,benefited from local customs,and was mainly rooted in his mentor(Zhang Zhidong,Wang Kaiyun Liao Ping Liu Fu,Yang Shiyin).The teacher followed the path of"the root of the Tongjing lies in primary school"(Zhang Zhidong's words)in his academic studies.In his early years,he had annotated and annotated Wang Kaiyun's compila⁃tion and engraving of the"Shennong Benjing",and wrote articles to verify it.After imitating the example of"interpreting the classics with the classics"and creating"releasing medicines with formulas",Dr.Yang Da⁃hua was invited to select about half of the commonly used medicines in the"Shennong Bencao Jing",Repre⁃sentative ancient prescriptions containing the"Shennong Bencao Jing"are selected from ancient prescription books.According to the efficacy and indications of the medicines in the prescriptions,they are under the corresponding efficacy and indications provisions of the"Shennong Bencao Jing",or the medicinal efficacy of the"Shennong Bencao Jing"is explained in the original text of the ancient prescription certificate and applied in clinical practice,or the ancient prescription certificate is used to supplement the efficacy not re⁃corded in the"Shennong Bencao Jing".
