摘要
目的 探讨新型焦点式心理护理干预对儿童牙外伤患者口腔卫生状况以及家长心理状态的影响.方法 选取2022年3月-2024年3月期间收治的108例儿童牙外伤患者作为观察对象,以随机数表法将其分为对照组(常规护理,n=54)和观察组(新型焦点式心理护理,n=54).比较两组患儿护理前后口腔卫生状况、口腔功能、治疗依从性及家长心理状态评分差异.结果 观察组患儿护理后龈沟出血指数、菌斑指数及牙龈指数均较对照组低,口腔功能改善效果更为显著,治疗依从性更高(均P<0.05);观察组患儿家长SDS评分及SAS评分低于对照组(均P<0.05).结论 新型焦点式心理护理措施的实施可有效改善儿童牙外伤患者的口腔卫生状况,缓解家长的心理压力,提高患儿治疗依从性.
Objective To investigate the impact of novel focused psychological nursing intervention on the oral hygiene and psychological state of pediatric patients with maxillofacial injuries and their family members.Methods A total of 108 pediatric patients with maxillofacial injuries admitted between March 2022 and March 2024 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into an control group(conventional nursing,n=54)and a observation group(novel focused psychological nursing,n=54)based on a random number table.The oral hygiene and psychological states of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention,assessing recovery status,treatment adherence,and psychological score differences.Results After nursing care,the gingival bleeding index,plaque index,and gingival index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the improvement effect of oral function was more significant,with higher treatment compliance(all P<0.05);the SDS and SAS scores of parents in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The novel focused psychological nursing intervention has practical and effective outcomes in improving the oral hygiene of pediatric maxillofacial injury patients,relieving family members'psychological pressure,and enhancing treatment adherence.
