摘要
随着数字经济时代的到来,积极发挥数字技术优势并推动企业核心能力的提升,已成为当下企业适应外部环境变化的必然选择。然而,目前学术界就数字技术与企业核心能力两者间的影响以及其中间机制仍缺乏讨论。本文以知识基础理论为基础,将知识创新水平作为数字技术与核心能力的中介机制,并引入组织惯性作为调节变量,探讨数字技术对企业核心能力提升的驱动机制及边界条件。通过对216家中国企业调研数据研究发现:数字技术对知识创新水平、企业核心能力提升均具有正向影响;知识创新水平不仅促进企业核心能力的提升,同时还在数字技术与企业核心能力二者间发挥了中介作用。此外,认知惯性正向调节数字技术与知识创新水平间关系,结构惯性负向调节知识创新水平与核心能力间关系。研究结论丰富了数字技术与企业核心能力间的研究成果,打开了两者之间理论路径的“黑箱”,揭示了组织惯性在两者间影响过程中所发挥的边界条件,对企业有效利用数字技术提升核心能力提供参考价值。
In the era of digital economy,taking advantage of digital technology and promoting the core capabilities of the enterprises have become the inevitable choice for enterprises to adapt to changes in the external environment.However,there is still lack of discussion in academia about the impact of current enterprises digital technology and core capabilities and the mechanisms of their neutrality.Taking knowledge base theory as the core theoretical basis,this paper takes the level of knowledge innovation as the mediating mechanism of digital technology and the core capabilities,introduces organizational inertia as a regulating variable,discusses the influence mechanism and boundary conditions of the digital technology of enterprises on the improvement of their core capabilities.The research data of 216 Chinese enterprises shows:Digital technology makes a positive impact on the level of knowledge innovation and the improvement of enterprises’core capabilities;The level of knowledge innovation has a positive impact on the core capabilities of enterprises,and it mediates the relationship between the digital technology and the core capabilities of enterprises;Cognitive inertia positively regulates the relationship between the digital technology and the level of knowledge innovation,however,structural inertia negatively regulates the relationship between the level of knowledge innovation and the core capabilities.This research conclusion enriches the research results between the digital technology and enterprise core capabilities in the Chinese context,unravels the“black box”of theoretical paths between the two,reveals the boundary conditions of organizational inertia in the process of influence between the two,and provides reference value for enterprises to effectively use digital technology to improve core capabilities.
