摘要
统战理论队伍建设是新时代统战工作的重要内容。加强高校尤其是理工科院校统战理论队伍建设,对于完善大统战工作格局,做好新时代统战工作具有重要意义。针对当前理工科院校统战理论队伍建设存在的不足,可基于协同创新的理念,通过内部协同创新和外部协同创新,“软”“硬”结合,多方联动,促成多种创新要素集聚成长,加速统战理论队伍建设进程,进而实现创新能力、创新绩效的提升。
The construction of the United Front theoretical team in universities,especially university of technology,is of great significance for United Front work in the new era.In view of the existing problems in the construction of the United Front theoretical team in university of technology,we can uphold the concept of collaborative innovation,through internal collaborative innovation and external collaborative innovation to promote the Construction Path of the United Front Theoretical Team.
