复合包被氨基酸对暖季泌乳牦牛泌乳量、乳成分及血浆指标的影响 被引量:1

Effects of compound coated amino acids on milk yield,milk composition,and plasma indices in lactating yaks during warm season

摘要 试验旨在探究复合包被氨基酸对暖季泌乳牦牛泌乳量、乳成分及血浆指标的影响。选取胎次及产犊日期相近、体重(230±30) kg的嘉黎县娘亚牦牛12头,随机分为2组,每组6个重复,每个重复1头泌乳牦牛。对照组采用放牧+补饲的方式,复合包被氨基酸组在补饲的基础上添加15 g/(头·d)包被蛋氨酸+50 g/(头·d)包被赖氨酸+30 g/(头·d)包被胆碱。预试期1 w,正式试验期5 w。结果显示,与对照组相比,复合包被氨基酸组牦牛第18天产奶量和第35天乳脂率显著提高(P<0.05)。第18、35天复合包被氨基酸组牦牛血浆中的总胆固醇(TG)和葡萄糖(GLU)含量及第18天总蛋白(TP)和甘油三酯(TC)含量显著提高(P<0.05),第35天血浆中尿素氮(BUN)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。第18、35天复合包被氨基酸组牦牛血浆中的总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性显著提高(P<0.05),第35天丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。第18天复合包被氨基酸组牦牛血浆白细胞介素-2 (IL-2)含量显著降低(P<0.05),第35天免疫球蛋白G (IgG)含量显著提高(P<0.05)。研究表明,复合包被氨基酸能够提高暖季牦牛泌乳量、机体抗氧化能力及免疫功能。 The experiment aimed to explore the effects of compound coated amino acids on the milk yield,milk composition,and plasma indices in lactating yaks during the warm season.Twelve Niangya yaks from Jiali County,with similar parity,calving dates,and body weight(230±30)kg,were selected and randomly divided into two groups,each with six replicates,and each replicate consisting of one lactating yak.The control group was fed through grazing and supplementary feeding,while the coated amino acids group added 15 g/(head·d)of coated methionine+50 g/(head·d)of coated lysine+30 g/(head·d)of coated choline to the supplementary feeding.The pre-test period was one week,and the formal test period was five weeks.The results showed that compared to the control group,the milk yield on day 18 and milk fat percentage on day 35 were significantly increased in the coated amino acids group(P<0.05).The total cholesterol(TG)and glucose(GLU)concentrations on days 18 and 35 of the coated amino acids group,and the total protein(TP)and triglyceride(TC)concentrations on day 18 were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the plasma urea nitrogen(BUN)content on day 35 was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)activity on days 18 and 35 in the plasma of the coated amino acids group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the malondialdehyde(MDA)content on day 35 was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The interleukin-2(IL-2)content in the plasma of the coated amino acids group on day 18 was significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the immunoglobulin G(IgG)content on day 35 was significantly increased(P<0.05).The study indicates that compound coated amino acids can improve milk yield,antioxidant capacity,and immune function in yaks during the warm season.
