中压配电网多台区柔性互联技术应用现状与展望 被引量:11

Application Status and Prospects of Flexible Interconnection Technology for Multi-station areas in Medium-voltage Distribution Network

摘要 基于电力电子设备(PED)的柔性互联装置(FID)能够整合有功功率或无功功率的独立控制、无功功率动态补偿和故障隔离等功能,是实现多台区间潮流柔性互济、负载率均衡和新能源友好并网的有效手段。尽管FID应用潜力巨大,现阶段在其应用于不同场景的组网特性、运行特性、需求特性、典型功能模式等方面缺乏系统性总结与分析。首先,文中对国内外典型柔性互联工程的系统架构、电气参数与运行特点进行了梳理。然后,计及配电网多端柔性互联系统和含有重要交流负荷/新型直流负荷的交直流互联系统特点,归纳了相应的典型应用场景、互联网架形态、典型功能模式、组网方案和运行特性与技术需求。最后,结合中压配电网多台区柔性互联技术应用现状与问题,对系统设计与应用方案、关键设备研发以及系统运行与控制保护多个方面的发展趋势进行了全面的讨论。 The flexible interconnection device(FID)founded on the power electronic device(PED)integrates functionalities such as active/reactive power independent control,dynamic compensation for reactive power,and fault isolation.It serves as an efficacious resolution for the flexible interconnection power flow among multi-station areas,load rate balancing,and the friendly integration of renewable resources.Despite significant application potential of FIDs,there is a lack of systematic summarization and analysis of its application in different scenarios in terms of networking characteristics,operational characteristics,demand characteristics,and typical functional modes.Firstly,this paper reviews the system architectures,electrical parameters,and operation characteristics of typical flexible interconnection projects in China and other countries.Then,considering characteristics of multi-terminal flexible interconnection in distribution networks and AC/DC interconnected systems with important AC loads/new types of DC loads,this paper offers matched information on typical application scenarios,interconnection network topologies,typical functional modes,electrical network configurations,operation characteristics,and technological requirements.Finally,by integrating the current application status and challenges of flexible interconnection technology in medium-voltage distribution networks,this paper conducts a comprehensive discussion on the development trends of various aspects,including system design and application strategies,key equipment development,and operation control and protection of the system.
