摘要 针对微网运行中风机、光伏的不确定性及负荷的波动性,提出了基于机会约束规划的经济运行模型,以一定置信水平下满足备用作为可靠性概率约束。应用序列运算将随机变量转化为概率性序列,并通过卷和、卷差等运算使所有随机变量用一个概率性序列表示,从而可直接计算满足约束的概率,表示形式直观且避免了常用模拟法耗时、每次计算结果不一致的缺点。为降低微网运行成本,引入储发成本作为储能充电是否获利的判断指标,引导储能系统低谷电价时段充电,高峰电价时段放电。应用结合序列运算的遗传算法优化各微源有功无功出力,确定联络线交互功率,以此形成最佳运行方式。 For the uncertainty of wind turbine, photovoltaic and the load in micro-grid operation, the economic operation model based on chance constrained programming is proposed, with a certain confidence level to meet the backup as probabilistic constraint of reliability. Sequence operation is applied to turn all random variables into one probabilistic sequence, through addition-type-convolution (ATC) and subtraction-type-convolution (STC), so that the probability satisfying the constraints can be calculated directly. The representation is visual and calculating time saving, avoiding the inconsistent results of each calculation using the common analog methods. To reduce the operating costs of micro-grid, the charge-discharge cost is introduced as the energy storage judging indicator to suggest whether charging is profit, so that guide the energy storage system charging during low price period and discharging during the peak price period. The Genetic algorithm combined with sequence operation is applied to optimize the active power and reactive power of micro-source, and to determine the interactive power of interconnection line, thus the best operation mode is formed.
