摘要
目的:评估化痰调经丸对痰湿阻滞型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者的疗效分析。方法:纳入2019年6月—2021年4月在无锡市中医医院就诊的痰湿阻滞型PCOS患者92例,按随机数字表法将患者分为西药组和联合组,每组46例。两组患者均给予常规健康指导,西药组给予二甲双胍治疗方案,联合组在此基础上联合化痰调经丸治疗。分析两组患者治疗前后的肥胖指标、糖代谢指标以及治疗后3个月的脂代谢指标、性激素指标以及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,联合组患者的BMI、WHR、FPG、FINS、HOMA-IR均低于西药组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。治疗后3个月,联合组患者的TC、TG、LEP、T、LH、DHEAS以及LH/FSH比值均低于西药组(P<0.01),而APN高于西药组(P<0.01)。两组不良反应发生率方面无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:化痰调经丸联合二甲双胍治疗痰湿阻滞型PCOS患者,可以有效调节内分泌水平和代谢功能,提高患者生活质量,是一种有效且安全的治疗选择。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Huatan Tiaojing Pill in patients with phlegm-damp obstruction type Polycystic Ovary Syndrome(PCOS).Methods:A total of 92 patients with phlegm-damp obstruction type PCOS,who visited the Wuxi City Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2019 to April 2021,were enrolled.Patients were randomly divided into two groups:the Western medicine group and the combination therapy group,with 46 patients in each group.Both groups received routine health guidance.The Western medicine group was treated with metformin,while the combination therapy group received metformin in combination with Huatan Tiaojing Pill.The obesity indicators,glucose metabolism indicators,lipid metabolism indicators,sex hormone levels,and the incidence of adverse reactions at 3 months after treatment were analyzed.Results:After treatment,the BMI,WHR,FPG,FINS,and HOMA-IR of the combination therapy group were significantly lower than those of the Western medicine group(P<0.01).Three months after treatment,the combination therapy group showed lower levels of TC,TG,LEP,T,LH,DHEAS,and LH/FSH ratio,as well as higher levels of APN,compared to the Western medicine group(P<0.01).There were no significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Huatan Tiaojing Pill and metformin is an effective and safe treatment for phlegm-damp obstruction type PCOS.It can effectively regulate endocrine levels and metabolic function,thereby improving the quality of life of patients.
