摘要
城乡融合发展是推动长三角地区高质量发展与共同富裕的重要途径。运用熵值法、收敛性分析等方法,从经济发展、社会生活与空间环境维度构建长三角地区城乡融合发展测度评价体系,分析2000—2018年长三角地区41座城市城乡融合发展水平的时空变化与收敛趋势。结果表明:长三角地区城乡融合发展整体处于中等水平阶段,在上海、苏南与浙东形成高值聚集区;城乡经济融合略低于社会生活与空间环境融合程度,呈现以上海为核心、由沿海向内陆逐渐递减的圈层式空间分布格局;社会生活融合以各省省会为核心形成高值聚集区;空间环境融合沿长江干流存在高值聚集带;长三角地区城乡融合发展未显现σ收敛趋势,自然本底条件存在区域差异的前提下具有一定的“路径依赖”特征。长三角地区城乡融合总体水平及各维度均表现出显著的绝对及条件β收敛趋势,表明城乡融合发展水平在城乡、区域协调政策等社会经济“外部力量”的调控下可发生“追赶效应”。
The integration of urban and rural areas is an important pathway to promote highquality development and shared prosperity in the Yangtze River Delta region.Employing methods such as the entropy method and convergence analysis,an evaluation system for the integrated development of urban and rural areas in the Yangtze River Delta region was constructed from the dimensions of economic development,social life and spatial environment,to assess the temporal and spatial evolution and convergence trend of the level of urban-rural integrated development in 41 cities in the region from 2000 to 2018.The results showed that the overall level of urban-rural integration in the Yangtze River Delta region was at a medium level,with high-value clusters formed in Shanghai,southern Jiangsu and eastern Zhejiang;the degree of urban-rural economic integration was slightly lower than that of social life and spatial environment integration,presenting a ring-shaped spatial distribution pattern centered around Shanghai,with values gradually diminishing from the coastal areas towards the inland.High-value clusters emerged respectively around provincial capitals and along the main stem of the Yangtze River in terms of social life and spatial environment integration;there was no apparentσconvergence trend in the urban-rural integration development,and under the premise of differences in regional natural background,it exhibited certain"path dependence"characteristics.The overall level of urban-rural integration in this region,as well as each dimension,showed significantly absolute and conditionalβconvergence trends,indicating that the level of urban-rural integration development could experience a"catch-up effect"under the regulation of exogenous factors.
