摘要
为探究气候干旱、水资源匮乏的抽水蓄能电站工程区局部防渗标准定量化问题,以西北地区某抽水蓄能电站上水库为例,通过三维有限元渗流场分析结合工程区地下水反演的计算方法,研究上水库无防渗措施、不同防渗帷幕质量和防渗标准下的库区渗流场变化,将渗漏量与抽蓄电站帷幕量、备用库容、运行期补水费用等设计要素关联,实现防渗标准的定量化优选。结果表明:无防渗措施,水库日渗流量约占总库容的0.98‰,远超抽水蓄能0.5‰的一般限值,对电站综合循环效率影响显著;布置帷幕可大幅降低库区渗流量,以防渗帷幕1 Lu标准为界,水库总渗流量随帷幕深度增加、减小呈现非线性变化趋势,而浸润面高程变化不明显;防渗效果与帷幕灌浆质量和深度均呈正相关,且防渗帷幕质量提升较深度增加对渗控效果促进更显著;关联各设计要素,防渗标准定量化结果显示,工程总费用随着帷幕防渗标准的提高呈现先降后升的趋势。本工程防渗帷幕深度为1 Lu时,工程经济性最优,选定作为上库局部防渗标准。研究结果可为抽水蓄能电站上水库防渗标准选择提供数据支撑。
In order to explore the quantification of the local seepage control standard in the project area of a pumped storage power station in an arid climate with scarce water resources,taking the upper reservoir of a pumped storage power station in the Northwest Region as an example,through the calculation method of combining the three-dimensional finite element seepage field analysis with the groundwater inversion in the project area,the changes in the seepage field of the reservoir area under the conditions of no seepage control measures,different seepage control curtain qualities and seepage control standards in the upper reservoir are studied.The seepage volume is correlated with the design elements such as the curtain quantity of the pumped storage power station,the reserve storage capacity,and the water replenishment cost during the operation period,so as to realize the quantitative optimization of the seepage control standard.The results show that without seepage control measures,the daily seepage flow of the reservoir accounts for about 0.98‰of the total storage capacity,which far exceeds the general limit of 0.5‰for pumped storage,and has a significant impact on the comprehensive cycle efficiency of the power station.Arranging a seepage control curtain can greatly reduce the seepage volume of the reservoir area.Taking the seepage control curtain standard of 1 Lu as the boundary,the total seepage volume of the reservoir shows a non-linear change trend with the increase and decrease of the curtain depth,while the change of the phreatic surface elevation is not obvious.The seepage control effect is positively correlated with both the quality and depth of the curtain grouting,and the improvement of the seepage control curtain quality has a more significant promoting effect on the seepage control effect than the increase in depth.By correlating each design element,the quantitative results of the seepage control standard show that the total project cost shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing with the improvement of the seepage control standard of the curtain.When the depth of the seepage control curtain of this project is 1 Lu,the project economy is the best,and it is selected as the local seepage control standard for the upper reservoir.The research results can provide data support for the selection of the seepage control standard of the upper reservoir of a pumped storage power station.
