摘要 针对煤矿井下识别卡功耗过高采用充电电池设计,周期性维护充电麻烦,配套充电器成本高,人员靠近工作面危险设备无提示报警功能,入井时唯一性检测不准确等问题,设计了低功耗精确定位及近距离感应报警一体化识别卡。采用动态调压技术控制射频前端功放供电电压及动态扫描侦听低频感应信号降低功耗,一次性锂锰软包电池供电,单节电池使用寿命可达1年以上,3D低频感应无线接收芯片实现3 m范围内可调近距离感应,人员接近危险设备感应报警提示,近距离低频感应辅助提高入井唯一性检测成功率,为智能化矿山安全生产建设提供技术支撑。 Aiming at the problems of high power consumption of coal mine identification card which adopting rechargeable battery design,asking for periodic maintenance and having potential charging troubles and higher cost in matching charger,lacking of prompt and alarm for operators working at dangerous working face,as well as inaccurate unique detection when entering the well,an integrated identification card boasting of low-power consumption,precise positioning,proximity sensing and alarm was designed.In which,having dynamic voltage-regulating technology adopted to control the power supply voltage of RF front-end power amplifier and decrease the power consumption of dynamic scanning and monitoring low frequency sensing signals.In addition,it has disposable lithium-manganese pouch battery employed for power supply where the service life of a single battery can reach more than one year and the 3D low-frequency wireless receiver chip can realize adjustable close-range sensing within 3 m,and alarm tips for personnel approaching dangerous equipment.The low-frequency sensing at short range can improve the success rate in detecting the ID of the worker entering the well,and provide technical support for intelligent mine’s safety production.
