摘要
文中介绍了半主动式电子标签硬件和软件的设计方案,应用AS3933低频唤醒接收芯片实现了电子标签低频唤醒接收功能。针对低频唤醒接收模块,计算和讨论了其并联谐振电路相关的参数,并给出了电路和程序设计的方案。应用低频唤醒技术的半主动式电子标签可靠的低频通信距离可达3m以上,同时低频唤醒技术显著降低了电子标签的运行功耗。
The hardware and software design scheme of semi-active tag is presented. By using Low Frequency(LF) wake-up receiver chip AS3933 to realize LF wake-up receiver function of the Semi-active Tag. Calculates and discusses the relevant parameters of the parallel resonance circuit for the module of LF wake-up receiver and introduces the circuit's design and program's design. After testing LF wake-up communication of the Tag and the reader, the distance of LF wake-up receiver is over 3m, and the application of the LF wake-up ability can cut down the system's power consumption obviously.
