摘要 介绍了医学计量教学的特征及现状,构建了基于建构主义及混合模式理论的医学计量教学系统,并提出了探究式学习、支架式学习、情景教学和合作学习的教学实施策略。指出了采用该系统可使学生总体成绩更为稳定、分布差异有所降低,可在一定程度上提升学生的总体学习效果。 The characteristics and present situation of medical metrology teaching were introduced.A medical metrology teaching system based on constructivism and hybrid mode theory was established,and the teaching strategy was put forward including inquiry-based learning,scaffolding instruction,scenario-based teaching and cooperative learning.The system developed resulted in stable overall performance,decreased distributional difference and enhanced learning outcomes.
