摘要
目的 优化巴特日七味胶囊的制备工艺。方法 麝香及银朱以净粉投料;分别以草乌叶、诃子、茜草和多叶棘豆中6种指标性成分的含量、总浸膏量和黑云香挥发油的含量为考察指标,采用正交试验优化巴特日七味胶囊的提取工艺;以成型率、振实密度、休止角等指标对辅料的选择及用量进行考察,确定其成型工艺。结果 草乌叶、诃子、茜草和多叶棘豆等4种药材的最佳提取工艺为:12倍量70%乙醇提取2 h,滤液浓缩至浸膏;黑云香挥发油的最佳提取工艺为:粉末过40目,加14倍量水蒸馏提取6 h。巴特日七味胶囊的最佳成型工艺为:药粉-辅料(糊精:微晶纤维素=2:1)1:1,过40目筛制粒,干燥,整粒。结论 优选出的工艺稳定可行,可为巴特日七味胶囊的制备提供参考。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the preparation of Bateriqiwei capsules.METHODS Moschus and artificial mercuric sulphide were fed with pure powder.The extraction process of Bateriqiwei capsules was optimized by Orthogonal experiment, with the contents of six characteristic components in Aconum carmichaelii,Terminalia chebula,Rubia cordifolia and Oxytropis multiflora,the total extract yield and content of volatile oil of Syzygium aromaticum as the evaluation indicators.The selection and dosage of excipients were investigated based on the indicators such as molding rate, vibration density, and resting angle, to determine the formunation process of Bateriqiwei capsules.RESULTS The optimal extraction process of four Chinese medicines was as follows: 12 times the amount of 70% ethanol was added once, extracted for 2 h, concentrated the filtrate into extract for use.The optimal extraction process of volatile oil of S.aromaticum was as follows: powder over 40 mesh, 14 times water, distillation extraction for 6 h.The best forming process of Bateriqiwei capsules was powder and auxiliary material(dextrin: microcrystalline cellulose=2:1) mass ratio 1:1,granulated after 40 mesh sieve, dried, granulated.CONCLUSION The optimized process is stable and feasible, which can provide reference for the preparation and production of Bateriqiwei capsules.
