摘要
建立反相高效液相色谱法测定蒙药巴特日七味丸中大叶茜草素含量的方法。采用SpherisobC18柱,以甲醇-乙腈-水(6∶3∶1)为流动相;流速为1 0ml·min- 1;检测波长2 5 0nm。线性范围0 32 4～1 6 2 μg ,r =0 9994 ;平均回收率为10 0 4 5 % ,RSD =1 0 4 % (n =5 )。方法简便、快速、准确。
An RP-HPLC method was established for the determination of Largeleaf redix runial in Bateriqiwei pills. A Kromasil C_~18 column was used with mathamol-acetonitrile-water (6∶3∶1) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0ml·min^-1 and the samples were detected at a wavelength of 250nm. The linearity range was 0.324～1.62μg,r=0.9994 and the average recovery was 100.45%, RSD1.04% (n=5). The method was simple, rapid and accurate.
