基于精益六西格玛方法的电机运行异响与解决方案研究

摘要 该文聚焦于某农用车辆侧门玻璃在上升和下降过程中电机运行异响问题进行分析与解决。售后投诉数据显示该问题严重影响客户满意度。为有效解决此问题,运用精益六西格玛DMAIC管理方法展开质量改进工作。通过数据收集与分析,成功识别出关键因子,制定了相应的改进计划。对所采取措施的有效性进行验证,最终实现了对异响问题的改善,使该农用车辆侧门玻璃电机运行恢复正常,提高了产品质量和客户满意度,同时也为类似质量问题的解决提供了有价值的参考与借鉴。 The article centers on the analysis and solution of the abnormal noise issue of the motor operation when the side door glass of an agricultural vehicle is ascending and descending.The after-sales complaint data reveals that this problem significantly affects customer satisfaction.To effectively address this issue,the author employs the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC management approach to conduct quality improvement work.Through data collection and analysis,the key factors were successfully identified and corresponding improvement plans were formulated.The effectiveness of the measures taken was verified.Eventually,the abnormal noise problem was ameliorated,restoring the normal operation of the side door glass motor of the agricultural vehicle,enhancing product quality and customer satisfaction.Simultaneously,it offers valuable references and experiences for the resolution of similar quality problems.
