摘要
对精益制造和6σ这两种卓越的业务改进方法进行了比较研究。从各方法本身的演化发展及性质上作了比较,得出二者的共性及各方法的独特性,再从各方法的特点、组织文化和过程方法角度进行了比较,分析各自的优势和不足之处,揭示了两种方法本质的一致性和过程方法的互补性,为两种方法的完美结合提供了基础支撑。
This paper carries out a comparative study of six-σ and lean manufacturing, which are two well-known methods for business improvement. Their common ground, unique characteristics, advantages and disadvantages are identified, which demonstrates their consistency and the complementarity to each other. Foundations are provided for using the two approaches together.
