理性行为理论视角下大学生就业意愿影响机制研究--以贵州省高校为例 被引量:1

A Study on the Mechanism Influencing College Students'Employment Intentions from the Perspective of Theory of Reasoned Action--A Case Study in Guizhou Province

摘要 本研究以贵州省高校大学生为对象,基于理性行为理论对大学生就业意愿的影响机制进行研究,构建了大学生就业意愿影响机制模型。通过发放调查问卷获取数据,对假设模型进行检验。研究结果表明,大学生就业意愿同时受到就业态度和主观规范的积极影响,并且大学生所属高校类型在一定程度上调节了就业态度与就业意愿的关系。 This study focuses on college students in Guizhou Province,and based on the theory of rational behavior,investigates the impact mechanism of college students'employment willingness.A model of the impact mechanism of college students'employment willingness is constructed.Obtain data through distributing survey questionnaires and test the hypothesis model.The research results indicate that the employment intention of college students is positively influenced by both employment attitude and subjective norms,and the type of university to which college students belong to moderates the relationship between employment attitude and employment intention to a certain extent.
