摘要
产教融合是高职教育重要的育人理念之一,本文在产教融合实施现状基础上引出产教融合育人机制的概念,并深入剖析其内涵。创新提出数字化学习中心的定义,并阐述其对产教融合育人机制的影响。对当前产教融合育人模式存在问题进行分析,并提出基于数字化学习中心的产教融合育人机制优化策略。通过案例阐述数字化学习中心建设的路径与意义,为促进数字化背景下,技能型人才的高质量培育和产教融合育人机制的创新,提供理论依据和实践指导。
The integration of industry and education is one of the important education concepts of higher vocational education.Based on the status quo of implementing the integration of industry and education,the paper introduces the concept of education mechanism of industry and education integration and analyzes its connotation in depth.It proposes the definition of digital learning center,explains its impact on the education mechanism,analyzes the problems in the education model,and proposes the optimization strategy of the education mechanism based on the digital learning center.The paper illustrates the path and significance of constructing the digital learning center through cases,and provides theoretical basis and practical guidance to promote the high-quality cultivation of skilled talents and the innovation of education mechanism in the context of digitization.
