摘要
【目的】深入分析江苏省集成电路产业的专利申请趋势、地市专利布局、技术生命周期及IPC分布情况,以明确该省集成电路产业的发展特点和未来方向。【方法】研究采用了专利指标法,结合定量与定性分析,计算技术生长率、成熟系数、衰老系数等关键指标,评估江苏省集成电路产业的技术发展阶段。同时,搜集并分析江苏省集成电路产业的专利数据,包括申请量、专利权人排名及技术领域分布等。【结果】江苏省集成电路技术专利主要集中在苏州、无锡和南京,技术领域涉及半导体器件和电子数据处理等。技术生命周期分析显示,江苏省集成电路技术正处于成长与成熟期,但存在关键技术突破的需求。【结论】基于研究结果,建议江苏省继续出台支持政策,加强区域产业协作,建立产业发展基金,以提升集成电路产业的技术实力。
[Purposes]This paper aims to the analyze the patent application trend,patent layout,technology life cycle and IPC distribution of the integrated circuit industry in Jiangsu Province,so as to clarify the development characteristics and future direction of the integrated circuit industry in Jiangsu Province.[Methods]The research adopts the patent index method,combines quantitative and qualitative analysis,and calculates key indicators such as growth rate,maturity coefficient,and aging coefficient to evaluate the technological development stage of the integrated circuit industry in Jiangsu Province.At the same time,this paper collects and analyzes the patent data of the integrated circuit industry in Jiangsu Province,including the number of applications,the ranking of patentee and the distribution of technical fields.[Findings]The patents of integrated circuit technology in Jiangsu Province are mainly concentrated in Suzhou,Wuxi and Nanjing,and the technical fields involve semiconductor devices and electronic data processing.Technology life cycle analysis shows that integrated circuit technology is in the growth and maturity stage,but there is a demand for key technology breakthroughs.[Conclusions]Based on the research results,Jiangsu Province should continue to introduce support policies,strengthen regional industrial cooperation,and establish industrial development funds to enhance the technological strength of the integrated circuit industry.
