Sampling in the process of food quality inspection and testing is an important step to ensure food safety.This paper discusses the principles and methods of on-site control in the sampling process of food quality inspection and testing,aiming to ensure the accuracy and reliability of sampling results through strict on-site control and scientific and reasonable sampling methods,and provide strong support for food safety supervision.
