摘要
“食品质量检验技术实验”是全国高等学校食品质量与安全专业本科生的学科专业必修课之一,为食品领域培养高素质检测人才作出了巨大贡献。为使学生在学习理论与实验操作技术的同时,能将其转化为自身的职业素养和道德基础,文章将思想政治教育元素融入到每一个具体的实验当中,通过具体案例,培养学生爱国主义情怀、承担国家和社会责任意识、严谨的科研态度,能在今后的工作中贯彻落实新发展理念,不断为食品工业的新质生产力赋能,将学生塑造为德才兼备的食品领域高素质、高质量、高水平的人才。
“Food Quality Inspection Technology Experiment”is one of the compulsory courses for undergraduates majoring in food quality and safety in colleges and universities across the country,and has made great contributions to the cultivation of high-quality testing talents in the food field.In order to enable students to transform theoretical knowledge and experimental techniques into their own professional ethics and moral foundation,this article integrates ideological and political education elements into each specific experiment.Through specific cases,it cultivates students'patriotism,sense of national and social responsibility,rigorous scientific research attitude,and enables them to implement the new development concept in future work.Moreover,it can empower the new quality productivity of the food industry,and shape students into high-quality,highquality,and high-level talents in the food field with both morality and talent.
