摘要
为适应成本管理体系建设和全面预算管理要求,控制结构件生产管理成本、快速编制和有效控制外协生产预算,成为机加车间亟待解决的问题。通过对结构件工时定额的研究与分析,完善了制度、修订了标准、规范了管理过程,实现了相关功能,并应用到机加车间生产过程和外协生产过程。
In order to meet the requirements of cost management system construction and comprehensive budget management,controlling the production management cost of structural components,quickly preparing and effectively controlling the outsourcing production budget has become an urgent problem to be solved in the machining workshop.Through the research and analysis of the work hour quota for structural components,the system has been improved,standards have been revised,management processes have been standardized,relevant functions have been achieved,and applied to the production process of the machining workshop and the outsourcing production process.
