摘要
根据飞机结构件几何形状和加工工艺特点,对其加工特征进行了划分,并用分层式方法对特征几何拓扑进行描述;同时根据工艺规划和刀轨计算对特征信息的需求,提取加工特征的属性参数,并采用几何拓扑和属性参数相结合的方式来完整表达特征信息,从而满足飞机结构件数控编程过程中不同应用领域对特征信息的需求。
Feature technology is an effective way for CAD/CAPP/CAM integration in the programming of aircraft structural parts. In this paper, machining feature taxonomy is realized according to the geometry and machining characteristics of aircraft structural parts, and the feature geometry is described with a hierarchical structure. The feature parameters are picked up according to the demand for process planning and toolpath generation. The fea- tures are represented with the combination of geometry and parameters to supply enough information for the demand of feature information in different phases of programming for aircraft structural parts.
