摘要
就业是最大的民生,高校学生就业工作是关系民生福祉和国家发展稳定的大事。做好大学生的高质量就业工作,不仅关乎学生的个人价值实现,更事关我国经济结构转型、法治社会建设等多个维度的发展。目前就业法治教育体系在教育理念重视程度、教学设置合理性、教师队伍建设方面存在不足。对此,高职院校应探索构建以“意识、认知、行为”三个维度为逻辑框架,以三全育人理念贯穿机制建设,以思政教育进行价值引领,以高素质师资队伍建设为重点的就业法治教育体系,助力学生全面持续性发展和高质量充分就业。
Employment is the greatest livelihood issue,and the employment of college students is crucial to people’s well-being and national development and stability.Ensuring high-quality employment for college students is not only related to the realization of students’personal values but also to various aspects of China’s economic structural transformation and the construction of a law-based society.Currently,the legal education system for employment faces deficiencies in the emphasis on educational concepts,the rationality of teaching arrangements,and the construction of the teaching faculty.In response,higher vocational colleges should explore the establishment of a legal education system for employment centered around the logical framework of“awareness,cognition,and behavior,”guided by the concept of“three integrity comprehensive education”throughout the mechanism development,led by ideological and political education in terms of values,and focusing on the construction of a high-quality teaching faculty.This system aims to support students’comprehensive and sustained development and achieve high-quality and full employment.
