摘要
【目的】京津冀协同发展是国家重大区域发展战略,本研究旨在探索推动京津冀地区高质量协同发展的路径,以期为京津冀协同发展提供思路,为相关部门制定政策提供参考。【方法】通过文献调查法搜集相关资料,总结归纳京津冀地区发展现状及困境,运用实证研究和对策分析法指出京津冀地区高质量协同发展的方向。【结果】当前,京津冀三地之间仍存在要素流动受阻、城市群规模断层、创新资源分配不均及产业链分工协作不紧密等问题。【结论】提出创新体制机制、优化空间布局、加快资源要素集聚、建设现代化产业体系、缩小基本公共服务差距及走绿色发展道路等建议,以推动京津冀协同发展。
[Purposes]The coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is a major regional de⁃velopment strategy of China.Exploring the pathways for high-quality coordinated development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region aims to provide insights for the coordinated development of the region and serve as a reference for relevant departments to make decisions.[Methods]The relevant data were col⁃lected through literature review,the current situation and difficulties of the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region were summarized,and the direction of high-quality coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region was pointed out by using empirical research and countermeasure analysis methods.[Findings]Currently,there are still obstacles to the flow of factors between Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei,a gap in the scale of the urban agglomeration,uneven distribution of innovation resources,and insufficient coordination in the division of labor and cooperation in the industrial chain.[Conclu⁃sions]The coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region should focus on institutional in⁃novation,optimization of spatial distribution,acceleration of resource factor agglomeration,construction of modern industrial system,and narrowing the gap in basic public services,and take the road of green development.
