摘要
数字法治时代背景下,航空专业对航空安保专业人才的知识储备、技术技能等综合素质培养提出了挑战。解析航空安保专业人才在数字转型、教育体系、产教融合等实践方面的困境具有必要性。对此,航空安保专业人才的培养模式,需要紧跟航空基层需要,构建“懂法律、重安全、通技能、强责任”的专业技术人才、开辟“校企零对接、上学即就业”实训培训基地以及优化师资结构,实现多元化教学质量和效果。基于此,通过北京政法职业学院人才培养的实践经验研究,为数字法治时代下培养航空安保专业人才提供参考和启示。
In the context of the digital rule of law era,the aviation industry poses challenges to the comprehensive quality cultivation of aviation security professionals in terms of knowledge reserves and technical skills.Beijing College of Politics and Law has provided practical achievements in the training of aviation security professionals.Using methods such as literature review,logical analysis,expert interviews,and field investigations,this study organizes and summarizes the training model for aviation security professionals at Beijing College of Politics and Law.The research indicates that it is necessary to analyze the dilemmas faced by aviation security professionals in digital transformation,educational systems,and industry-education integration.Therefore,the training model for aviation security professionals needs to align closely with the needs of the aviation industry,cultivating technical talents who"understand the law,prioritize safety,master skills,and have a strong sense of responsibility."It also requires establishing training bases that achieve"zero gap between school and enterprise,where studying equates to employment,"and optimizing the faculty structure to achieve diversified teaching quality and effectiveness.Based on this,the study hopes to provide references and insights for cultivating aviation security professionals in the era of digital rule of law through the practical experience of talent training at Beijing College of Politics and Law.
