摘要
技能型社会建设驱动乡村社会现代转型,内含技能驱动乡村社会现代转型的人本逻辑、社会逻辑以及城乡关系逻辑。在实践框架与具体方式上,通过促进乡村社会连接方式现代转型、生产组织方式现代升级以及引导乡村生活方式重塑,技能型社会建设为乡村社会现代转型提供了结构性力量。促进技能型社会建设成果经由乡村振兴战略等具体行动转换为乡村现代转型动力,需要嵌入适应乡村社会情境的技能型社会建设政府机制、衔接以农民需求为中心的技能型社会建设市场机制以及匹配乡村社会现代转型的技能型社会建设社会机制。高度包容的技能秩序、高度完善的技能制度、高度自由的技能学习机会以及高度开放的技能精神是未来乡村技能型社会想象。
