建管协同的水利工程数字化管理效益评价

摘要 数字化是水利工程建设领域的发展方向和必然趋势。通过构建包含施工效益、运行效益、工程效益三个方面的评价指标体系,结合层次分析法和模糊评价法,对走马塘泵站工程数字孪生协同管控平台及数字化交付项目的综合效益进行评估。结果表明,走马塘泵站工程项目的综合效益评价等级为“优秀”。数字化技术在施工及运行阶段的协同运用有助于提升泵站工程的整体效益。 Digitalization is the development direction and inevitable trend of water conservancy engineering construction.By constructing an evaluation index system including construction benefits,operation benefits and engineering benefits,combined with analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method,the comprehensive benefits of the digital twin collaborative management and control platform of Zoumatang pumping station project and the digital delivery project were evaluated.The results show that the comprehensive benefit evaluation grade of Zoumatang Pumping Station Project is"excellent".The synergistic application of digital technology in the construction and operation phases can help improve the overall efficiency of the pumping station project.
