己二酸回收结晶器回收率低的原因及优化升级方策

摘要 己二酸装置挖潜扩能改造后,己二酸回收结晶器结晶负荷提高,结晶器冷却罐出料温度升高,己二酸回收效率降低,外排二元酸液浓度走高,造成己二酸流失,致使资源浪费,增加生产成本。为此进行工艺技术研究,通过结晶器冷却罐扩容的优化升级改造,延长了冷却罐内混合液的停留时间,提升了冷却罐的换热面积,降低了冷却罐的出料温度,提高了己二酸的回收率,减轻了己二酸的生产成本。 After the potential expansion and transformation of adipic acid device,the crystallization load of adipic acid recovery crystallization increases,the discharge temperature of the crystallization cooling tank increases,the recovery efficiency of adipic acid is reduced,and the concentration of external binary acid is increased,resulting the loss of adipic acid,the wasted of resources and increasing production cost.Therefore,through the optimization and upgrading of the crystallization device cooling tank capacity expansion,the retention time of the mixture in the cooling tank is extended,the heat exchange area of the cooling tank is increased,the discharge temperature of the cooling tank is reduced,the recovery rate of adipic acid is improved,and the production cost of adipic acid is reduced.
