摘要
通过对传统己二酸装置稀硝酸浓缩工艺的研究,结合Aspen软件全流程模拟,采用ELECNRTL热力学模型,对稀硝酸工艺进行优化。通过采用三效精馏工艺,合理设置精馏塔操作压力,调整进料分配方式的同时利用一元酸蒸汽凝液预热进料,解决三效精馏过程各效之间传热温差小、再沸器传热面积大以及一元酸热量回收的问题,有效降低综合能耗,对于实现己二酸装置的进一步扩能有积极意义。
The concentration process of dilute nitric acid in traditional adipic acid plants was studied,combining Aspen to simulate the entire process,and using ELECNRTL thermodynamic model to optimize the dilute nitric acid process.By adopting the three effect distillation process,the operating pressure of the distillation tower was set reasonably,the feed distribution method was adjusted,and using the steam condensate of monobasic acid to preheat the feed,the problems of small heat transfer temperature difference between the various effects of the three effect distillation process,large heat transfer area of the reboiler and heat recovery of monobasic acid were solved,effectively reducing comprehensive energy consumption and having a positive significance for further expanding the capacity of the adipic acid plant.
