摘要
肽是生物体内一种重要的活性物质,肽的不同官能团决定了其不同功能,同时也决定了肽与金属离子相互作用的强弱。本文针对肽与金属离子相互作用机理与影响因素、基于金属与肽相互作用原理的金属螯合亲和色谱(Immobilized Metal Ion Affinity Chromatography,IMAC)方法,以及金属螯合肽的应用等进行了综述,展现出基于金属与肽相互作用的广泛应用前景。
Peptide is an important active substance in living organisms,and different functional groups of peptide determine its different functions,and these functional groups also determine the strength of peptide-metal ion interactions.In this paper,we review the mechanism and influencing factors of the interaction between peptides and metal ions,the immobilized metal ion affinity chromatography(IMAC)method based on the principle of metal-peptide interaction,and the application of metal chelated peptides,which shows a wide range of applications based on the interaction between metals and peptides.This review shows the prospects for a wide range of applications based on metal-peptide interactions.
