摘要
建筑行业下行,房建工程利润空间缩减,必须加强成本控制,方能避免项目亏损,实现企业可持续经营。为此,文章以某房建工程为例,简要阐述了房建成本控制中BIM技术应用价值,以此构建BIM三维模型,从准备阶段、施工阶段、竣工阶段三方面出发,提出BIM下成本动态调整措施,并对其成本调整效果进行验证,以期为相关工作者提供参考。
With the decline of the construction industry and the reduction of profit margins in building construction projects,it is necessary to strengthen cost control in order to avoid project losses and achieve sustainable business operations for enterprises.For this purpose,the article takes a certain building construction project as an example to briefly explain the application value of BIM technology in building cost control.Based on this,a BIM 3D model is constructed,and dynamic cost adjustment measures under BIM are proposed from three aspects:preparation stage,construction stage,and completion stage.The cost adjustment effect is verified,in order to provide reference for relevant workers.
