摘要
为进一步提高BIM技术在房建工程造价管理中的应用质量,文章以实际工程为研究对象,深入分析了房建工程中BIM技术的应用要点与效果。文中首先分析了BIM技术的要点及在工程造价中的应用优势,随后对实际工程中BIM技术模型的建立过程进行了探讨,最后分析了BIM技术的实际应用效果。分析结果表明:BIM技术的应用使得工程总体造价成本在设计阶段降低了约5.5%、施工阶段降低了约6.3%。本文研究内容对于提高BIM技术在房建工程造价管理中的应用质量具有一定现实意义。
In order to further improve the application quality of BIM technology in the cost management of housing construction projects,this paper takes the actual project as the research object,and deeply analyzes the application points and effects of BIM technology in housing construction projects.This paper first analyzes the key points of BIM technology and its application advantages in engineering cost,then discusses the establishment process of BIM technology model in practical engineering,and finally analyzes the practical application effect of BIM technology.The analysis results show that the application of BIM technology makes the overall cost of the project save about 5.5%in the design stage and about 6.3%in the construction stage.The research content of this paper has certain practical significance for improving the application quality of BIM technology in the cost management of housing construction project.
