摘要
磺胺类药物SAs具有抗菌谱广、使用简单和成本低等优点,被广泛应用于动物抗菌治疗。SAs在动物源性食品中的残留是近年来兽药残留超标现象最为严重的问题之一,在世界范围内受到重视。综述了近10年多种动物源性食品磺胺类药物残留检测技术的研究进展,为磺胺类药物残留检测相关试验提供参考。
Sulfonamides have the advantages of wide antibacterial spectrum,simple use,and low cost,and are widely used in animal antibacterial treatment.The residue of SAs in animal derived food is one of the most serious problems of veterinary drug residues exceeding the standard in recent decades,and has received attention worldwide.This article summarizes the research progress of various animal-derived food sulfa drug residual testing technology in the past 10 years,providing a certain reference value for sulfa drug residue testing related tests.
