摘要
目的探讨TMP对氟喹诺酮类药物的增效作用,确定二者之间最佳配伍比例. 方法从临床病人体内分离的病原菌按棋盘法设计测定7种氟喹诺酮类药物和TMP单独试验及其联合试验时MIC,并以各药FIC判断各药与TMP联合作用效应. 结果选择的7种氟喹诺酮类药物与TMP配伍大多产生协同作用,少数呈相加作用,使各氟喹诺酮类药物抗菌作用增强1~4倍,不同的氟喹诺酮类药物与TMP配伍的最佳比例因药物和受试菌的种类不同而异. 结论氟喹诺酮类药物与TMP联合应用能起协同作用,但TMP对不同的氟喹诺酮类药物的增效作用不完全相同,二者配伍也不一.
Objective To observe the synergistic action of trimethopfim to fluoroquinones and find out the optimum proportion of combination. Methods Experiments on synergistic action of seven fuoroquinolones to trimethoprim were carried out with pathogens detected from clinical patients. Results Synergistic action of seven luoroquinolones in combination with trimethoprim could be observed and the synergistic action of from one to four folds could be obtained. The synergism varies according to concentration of each fluoroquinolone in combination with trimethoprim and the species of pathogens. Conclusion Synergistic action can be obtained when fluoroquinolones used in combination with trimethoprim, but the synergism varies according to species of pathogens and concentration of the drugs.
