摘要
【目的】探讨体感游戏运动模式在TNM分期Ⅰ~Ⅲ期肺癌手术患者术后康复中的应用价值。【方法】100例接受胸腔镜肺叶切除术(VATS)的肺癌患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组术后行常规康复锻炼模式,观察组在对照组基础上实施体游戏感运动模式。比较两组患者术后1 d、术后12周后的功能锻炼依从性、肺功能指标及生存质量。【结果】术后12周,两组患者的功能锻炼依从性均有提升(P<0.05),且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者第1秒用力呼气量(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV_(1)/FVC等肺功能指标均有提升(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者癌症患者生活质量测定量表(FACT)各维度评分及总评分均有下降(P<0.05),且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】对TNM分期Ⅰ~Ⅲ期行VATS的肺癌患者实施体感游戏运动模式,可有效提升患者的康复训练依从性,改善肺功能指标,提升生活质量。
【Objective】To explore the application value of the motion sensing game exercise mode in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with TNM stageⅠ-Ⅲlung cancer.【Methods】A total of 100 patients with lung cancer who underwent Video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery(VATS)were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group underwent routine rehabilitation exercise mode after operation,and the observation group implemented physical game sensory movement mode on the basis of the control group.Functional exercise compliance,lung function indexes and quality of life were compared 1 day after surgery and 12 weeks after surgery between the two groups.【Results】12 weeks after surgery,the functional exercise compliance of both groups was improved(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The first forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1)),forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV_(1)/FVC and other pulmonary function indexes in both groups were increased(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The implementation of motion-sensing game exercise mode for lung cancer patients receiving VATS in TNM stageⅠ-Ⅲcan effectively improve their rehabilitation training compliance,improve lung function indexes,and enhance quality of life.
