摘要
扁平苔藓是一种常见的慢性炎症性皮肤病,其临床诊断和管理在现代医学中具有挑战性。皮肤镜作为一种无创性影像工具,在扁平苔藓的早期诊断、病情监测和治疗评估中展示出重要的应用价值。本文通过综述皮肤镜在扁平苔藓不同阶段中的表现特征,分析了其与病理学特征的相关性,并探讨了皮肤镜在个性化治疗中的指导作用。此外,本文还展望了皮肤镜与新技术结合的未来潜力,如人工智能和成像技术的融合应用,强调了皮肤镜在早期预防和长期管理中的关键作用。皮肤镜的持续发展将进一步提高扁平苔藓的诊断精确度和治疗效果。
Lichen planus is a common chronic inflammatory skin disease,and its clinical diagnosis and management pose challenges in modern medicine.Dermoscopy,as a non-invasive imaging tool,has demonstrated significant value in the early diagnosis,disease monitoring,and treatment evaluation of lichen planus.This article reviews the manifestation characteristics of dermoscopy in various stages of lichen planus,analyzes its correlation with pathological features,and explores the guiding role of dermoscopy in personalized treatment.Furthermore,the article anticipates the future potential of dermoscopy combined with new technologies,such as the integration of artificial intelligence and imaging techniques,emphasizing the crucial role of dermoscopy in early prevention and long-term management.The continuous development of dermoscopy will further enhance the diagnostic accuracy and treatment efficacy of lichen planus.
