摘要
目的:观查微波配合氯喹治疗扁平苔癣(OLP)的临床疗效。方法:74例扁平苔癣患者随机分成氯喹治疗组(A组)、微波治疗组(B组)和微波配合氯喹治疗组(C组)三组,每组24例,疗程均为3个月,观察临床疗效。并在2年后观察复发率。结果:微波配合氯喹治疗组与单纯微波治疗组的疗效一样(P>0.05),但前者复发率低。而且氯喹治疗组比微波治疗组的远期疗效好(P<0.05)。结论:微波配合氯喹治疗扁平苔癣是一种有效的方法。
Objective： To observe the effects of Microwave combined with CQ to treat OLP. Methods ：72 patients with OLP in oras were ranomized into three groups. Results： Microwave combined with CQ is shown to have similar curative effect to that of Microwave alone in treating OLP（P 〉0. 05）. The former However, Furthermore we show that the CQ alone has a better. Conclusion： Microwave combined with CQ is a effective method to treat OLP.
