摘要
目的分析宣肺健脾方联合穴位埋线治疗肺脾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者的临床效果。方法纳入河南省中医院2020年3月至2022年3月收治的84例慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者,采用随机数表法分为A、B、C组,各28例。A组接受常规西药治疗,B组接受常规西药+穴位埋线治疗,C组接受常规西药+穴位埋线+宣肺健脾方治疗。比较3组患者中医证候积分、肺功能指标[用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼吸容积(FEV_(1))、第1秒用力呼吸容积占预计值百分比(FEV_(1)%pred)]、生命质量[慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估测试(CAT)]。结果治疗后,3组中医证候积分均较治疗前降低,且B组评分低于A组,C组评分低于B组、A组(P<0.05)。治疗后,3组FVC、FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)%pred均较治疗前提高,且B组FVC、FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)%pred均高于A组,C组FVC、FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)%pred均高于B组、A组(P<0.05)。治疗后,3组CAT评分均较治疗前降低,且B组积分低于A组,C组积分低于B组、A组(P<0.05)。结论宣肺健脾方联合穴位埋线可显著改善肺脾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者临床症状,改善肺功能,提高生命质量。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Xuanfei Jianpi Formula combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)of lung spleen qi deficiency type.Methods A total of 84 patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to Henan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to March 2022 were randomly divided into A,B,and C group,with 28 patients in each group.Group A received conventional western medicine treatment,group B received conventional western medicine+acupoint catgut embedding treatment,and group C received conventional western medicine+acupoint catgut embedding+Xuanfei Jianpi Formula treatment.The traditional Chinese medical syndrome scores,lung function indicators[forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV_(1)),forced expiratory volume in the first second as a percentage of predicted value(FEV_(1)%pred)]and quality of life[chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment test(CAT)]of the three groups were compared.Results After treatment,the traditional Chinese medical syndrome scores of all three groups decreased compared to before treatment,and the scores of group B were lower than those of group A,while the scores of group C were lower than those of group B and group A(P<0.05).After treatment,the FVC,FEV_(1),and FEV_(1)%pred of the three groups increased compared to before treatment,and the FVC,FEV_(1),and FEV_(1)%pred of group B were all higher than those of group A.The FVC,FEV_(1),and FEV_(1)%pred of group C were all higher than those of group B and group A(P<0.05).After treatment,the CAT scores of all three groups decreased compared to before treatment,and the scores of group B were lower than those of group A,while the scores of group C were lower than those of group B and group A(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Xuanfei Jianpi Formula and acupoint catgut embedding can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,lung function,and quality of life of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of lung spleen qi deficiency type.
