摘要
研究了脉冲电压应用于处理染料废水的可行性以及处理效果。结果表明,处理过程中,合理的电导率对色度的去除起决定作用。试验确定的染料废水的脉冲电压处理条件为:脉冲幅值700V,脉宽4~10μs,频率50Hz,电导率在9mS/cm以上。经过10min处理后,色度去除率可达78%以上。从紫外和可见光谱图可以看出,脉冲电压处理10min后,染料的发色基团基本被破坏,染料浓度大幅度下降。
Feasibility and effect of treating the dyeing wastewater by impulse voltage are studied in this article. The results show that colority removal of dy e effluents can reach 78% with the conductivity more than 9 mS/cm after 10 minut es under the impulse voltage with 700 V in the peak, 4~10 ìs in the width, fre quency of 50 Hz. From the spectrum of the ultraviolet radiation and visible ligh t, it can be found that the radix of dyes has been destroyed, and the concentrat ion of dyes decreased greatly after 10 minutes.
