摘要
为了探讨12周篮球运动干预对孤独症谱系障碍儿童社交能力和运动表现的影响,2023年11月至2024年4月从安徽省某市孤独症群体选取24名孤独症谱系障碍儿童,并将其随机分为实验组(12人)和对照组(12人),采用设计好的篮球运动干预方案对实验组实施12周的运动干预,于实验前和实验后采用孤独症评定量表(CARS)和孤独症儿童社会技能评定量表(ASSS)对实验组和对照组进行测试。运动表现的变化则选取1分钟单手运球和1分钟自由投篮作为参考指标。采用独立样本t检验和重复测量方差分析进行统计学分析。得到以下研究结果干预后,实验组CARS量表评分显著降低(P<0.001),实验组ASSS量表五个模块评分显著提高,且实验组社会趋向(20.83±5.69)、社会认知(21.33±5.05)以及总评分(88.42±21.90)均高于对照组(12.00±1.95,16.33±2.26,67.50±6.59)(P<0.01),此外,实验组的1分钟运球和1分钟投篮个数均优于对照组。结论为12周的篮球运动干预对孤独症谱系障碍儿童社交能力和运动表现均有积极影响。
To explore the impact of a 12-week basketball intervention on the social interaction abilities and motor performance of children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD),24 children with ASD were selected from a group in a city in Anhui Province,China,from November 2023 to April 2024.The children were randomly divided into an experimental group(12 children)and a control group(12 children).The experimental group underwent a 12-week basketball intervention based on a designed program.Before and after the intervention,both groups were assessed using the Childhood Autism Rating Scale(CARS)and the Autism Social Skills Scale(ASSS).Motor performance was evaluated using one-minute dribbling and one-minute free throw tests as reference indicators.Statistical analysis was performed using independent samples t-tests and repeated measures ANOVA.The results showed that after the intervention,the CARS score of the experimental group significantly decreased(P<0.001).The experimental group also showed significant improvements in all five modules of the ASSS,with the social approach(20.83±5.69),social cognition(21.33±5.05),and total score(88.42±21.90)all significantly higher than those of the control group(12.00±1.95,16.33±2.26,67.50±6.59)(P<0.01).In addition,the experimental group outperformed the control group in both the one-minute dribbling and one-minute free throw tests.In conclusion,the 12-week basketball intervention had a positive impact on both the social interaction abilities and motor performance of children with autism spectrum disorder.
