炼化企业氢气系统与装置集成优化 被引量:1

Integrated Optimization of Hydrogen Systems and Units in Refining Enterprise

摘要 为减少某企业氢气资源浪费,提高氢气利用效率,开展氢气系统与装置的集成优化研究。通过氢夹点计算分析系统瓶颈后,采用Aspen Plus与Petro-Sim软件对该企业制氢、1^(#)PSA、加氢裂化、渣油加氢装置开展严格机理模型的建立与优化研究,提升单装置产、用氢效率。在单装置优化的基础上,开展氢气系统优化,回收企业高附加值氢气资源。基于全厂物质平衡,优化后企业天然气耗量降低0.8 t·h^(-1),氢气提纯电耗增加708 k W·h,经济效益每年增加2 272万元,碳排放量减少7.12万t·a^(-1)。 In order to reduce the waste of hydrogen resources and improve the efficiency of hydrogen utilization,the integrated optimization research of hydrogen system and units was conducted.After analyzing the bottleneck through hydrogen pinch calculation,Aspen Plus and Petro-Sim softwares were used to carry out rigorous mechanism modeling and optimization research on the hydrogen production,1~#PSA,hydrocracking and residue hydrodesulfurization units of the enterprise,so as to improve the process production and utilization efficiency of hydrogen in a single unit.On the basis of single unit optimization,hydrogen system optimization was carried out to recover high value-added hydrogen resource.Based on the material balance of the whole enterprise,the natural gas consumption of the enterprise was reduced by 0.8 t·h^(-1),the power consumption of hydrogen purification was increased by 708 k W·h,the economic benefit was increased by 22.72 million Yuan per year,and the CO_(2) emission was reduced by 71 200 t·a^(-1) after optimization.
