利用氢夹点图解法分析某炼厂的氢网络 被引量:15

摘要 应用El-Halwagi等人提出的氢夹点图解法对某炼厂的氢网络进行了夹点分析,找出了现行氢网络的不合理之处,并提出了相应的优化改造方案。在改造匹配中,同时考虑了氢阱对H2S的浓度要求;改造后,可使氢网络对新氢消耗量达到最小,比现行氢网络少消耗21.21%的新氢。 The hydrogen network of a refinery based on the graphical pinch method propsed by E1-Halwagi. The improper matches of hydrogen sink and source streams are analyzed. An optimized scheme is suggested to modify the improper matches. The requirement of hydrogen sinks for H2S concentration is considered. Through the case study on a refinery, the new distribution network reduces by 21.21% of hydrogen consumption. The minimum value is realized.
