摘要
为探究一种适用于海洋钢结构潮差区使用的生物基防腐涂料,以氢化松香为原料,经过化学修饰,将其衍生物引入到丙烯酸聚氨酯涂料的支链结构中,得到了一种新型的生物基海洋防腐涂料。通过对生物基海洋防腐涂料耐冲击性、铅笔硬度、接触角测试,得出氢化松香衍生物的最佳添加比例,并对该配比下组成的防腐层体系的耐高温海水性、耐人工气候老化性进行了测试。结果表明:提高氢化松香衍生物的添加比例,可以明显提升漆膜柔韧性、铅笔硬度和疏水性能,但添加比例不宜过大;新型防腐层体系在耐高温海水、耐人工气候老化性测试中表现出稳定性能。
In order to explore a biobased anticorrosive coatings for marine steel structures in marine tidal zone,using hydrogenated rosin as the raw material,after chemical modification,its derivatives were introduced into the branched structure of acrylic polyurethane coatings to obtain a new type of biobased anticorrosive coatings.By testing the impact resistance,pencil hardness and contact angle of biobased anticorrosive paint film,the optimal mass fraction of hydrogenated rosin derivatives was determined,and the high-temperature seawater resistance and artificial climate aging resistance of the anticorrosion coating system composed of this ratio were tested.The results showed that the flexibility of the paint film,pencil hardness and hydrophobicity of the film were significantly improved by increasing the addition ratio of hydrogenated rosin derivatives,but the additive amount of hydrogenated rosin derivatives should not be too much;the performance of the new anti-corrosion layer system was stable in high temperature seawater resistance test and artificial climate aging resistance test.
