摘要
采用合适的防腐材料涂抹管道内、外部,形成称里或者覆盖层,将设备、管道的金属成分与腐蚀介质隔开,能有效预防石化生产设备、管道的腐蚀问题,提高设备的耐腐蚀性,延长生产系统的使用寿命,进而提高企业的生产效益。在防腐领域,防腐涂料的使用具备施工简便、适用性好、施工成本低等优势,因此受到广泛青睐。基于此,对重防腐涂料及其应用进行了分析,以供参考。
Applying appropriate anti-corrosion materials on the inside and outside of the pipeline to form a scale or coating to separate the metal components of the equipment and pipeline from the corrosion medium can effectively prevent the corrosion of petrochemical production equipment and pipelines, improve the corrosion resistance of equipment, extend the service life of the production system, and thus improve the production efficiency of the enterprise. In the field of anti-corrosion, the use of anti-corrosion paint has the advantages of simple construction,good applicability, low construction cost, etc., so it is widely favored. Based on this, the heavy anti-corrosion coating and its application are analyzed for reference.
