摘要
加快农业发展全面绿色转型,促进资源利用高效集约、产业模式低碳循环、乡村环境生态宜居,是推进乡村全面振兴、加快建设农业强国的重要任务,是促进人与自然和谐共生的客观要求。目前,我国推动农业发展全面绿色转型的生态补偿政策体系尚处于探索创建阶段。实践中,在投入品减施、畜禽粪污资源化利用、秸秆综合利用、绿色种养循环农业等领域涌现出一些典型案例,总结不同地区、不同生态类型推进路径和典型模式,提炼出行之有效的长效机制,为更好发挥典型示范带动作用提供重要科学依据和实践指导。
Accelerating the comprehensive green transformation of agricultural development,promoting efficient and intensive resource utilization,low-carbon circular industrial models,and ecologically livable rural environments,is a crucial task for advancing rural revitalization and speeding up the construction of a strong agricultural nation.It is also an objective requirement for fostering harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.At present,China's ecological compensation policy system for driving the comprehensive green transformation of agricultural development is still in the exploratory and formative stages.In practice,several exemplary cases have emerged in areas such as the reduction of agricultural inputs,resource utilization of livestock and poultry waste,comprehensive utilization of crop straw,and green circular farming systems.Summarizing the pathways and typical models adopted by different regions and ecological types,and refining effective long-term mechanisms,provides important scientific foundations and practical guidance for better leveraging the role of exemplary demonstrations.
